Guest-Assisted Trial

One invited tester enters through the guest waiting room while you run the host side. This is the best dry run before real payments and LiveKit tokens.

Open Command Center and Book StudioConfirm the pages load and the links return to each other.

Run the visual checkConfirm the luxury waiting room, book area, photo, activity screen, and host controls look right.

Run the guest checkSelect each access path, enter a demo PIN, and confirm a demo guest enters the lobby.

Run the host checkUse Lobby, Opening, Go Live, Q&A, Closing, and Close from the host bar.

Run the finance checkCreate demo paid/subscriber entries and export the ledger.

Then deploy backendOnly after the dry run looks right, we connect Netlify, LiveKit, Stripe, SendGrid, and Supabase.
